SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified via USPS. Once the item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information in it.
After orders have shipped, we cannot change or cancel them.
If the item gets returned to us due to the address provided being undeliverable. We refund the items price but not the shipping paid.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. Exchanges are permitted for equal value. Any item returned or exchanged must be in new, never-worn condition. If signs of obvious wear or tampering are present, refund will be voided.
Return/exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery. Buyers must contact us for a return authorization number. The return authorization number should be on the label or written on the outside of the package. If number is not visible on the outside of the package the return may be refused.
Returns made after 14 business days from delivery may be denied and returned to sender.
Shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded.
If the item is returned with postage due it will remain in custody of the carrier and a refund will not be issued.
