Fastlane Window decal (36"x10")

We accept returns and exchanges for our decals. The decal must be returned in the condition it was sent; unused, complete and in the same or similar packaging . Once the decal has been applied or removed from the backing paper, it cannot be returned or exchanged. DO NOT BEND OR FOLD THE ITEMS when returning.

Items returned damaged or missing parts may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Return must be made within 14 days of delivery. Buyers must contact us for a return authorization number. The return authorization number should be on the label or written on the outside of the package. If number is not visible on the outside of the package the return may be refused. 

Returns made after 14 business days from delivery may be denied and returned to sender.

Shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded.

If the item is returned with postage due it will remain in custody of the carrier and a refund will not be issued.

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days via USPS however during periods of high volume products may take between 7-10 days to ship. Once the item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information in it. 

After orders have shipped, we cannot change or cancel them.

If the item gets returned to us due to the address provided being undeliverable. We refund the items price but not the shipping paid.
